This date in Queens County History

In the spirit of the Marry month comes the first of many marriage certificates from the 1830’s. This first one being July 4th 1839, handwritten marriage certificate, James B. Dingee to Eliza Jane Currier.

We would also like to send a thank you to all the people who stopped by any of the Queens County Heritage buildings during community days and also a reminder that our museum gift shops are now open at the Flower House and Court House.
