Marriage license, Thomas White and Ann McIntosh, 25 June 1837

Thomas White of the Parish of Waterborough married Ann McIntosh of the same place, by license and consent of their parents 25 June 1837 by William Foshay and witnessed by RH Carman and Vincent S. White.  The bride, the groom and the witnesses all signed their own names indicating a level of literacy.  We hope their wedding day was as beautiful as it is today in the St. John River Valley!
